Purpose

This policy explains when and how an order placed on euwest.ternbicycles.com can be cancelled, either by you or by OGA - One Generation Ahead SRL ("OGA," "we," "us"), before the order has shipped. This is separate from your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery, which is covered in Section 6 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has shipped, free of charge, by contacting us at info@ogasrl.com with your order number.

• If your order has not yet entered processing, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• If your order has already entered processing or been handed to our carrier, we may not be able to stop the shipment. In that case, you may refuse delivery or use your right of withdrawal once the item is received, in accordance with Section 6 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been confirmed for dispatch, given our fulfillment center processes and ships most orders within hours of purchase.

Cancellation by OGA

We reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order, and to issue a full refund with no charge to you, in the following situations:

• The ordered product is unavailable or out of stock (see Section 7, Availability, of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale).
• We identify a pricing or listing error on the product page.
• We suspect fraud, unauthorized, or illegal activity connected with the order.
• Payment cannot be verified or is declined.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund any amount already charged within 7 business days, using your original payment method.

Relationship to the Right of Withdrawal

This Cancellation Policy applies only to orders that have not yet shipped. Once you have received your order, your rights are instead governed by:

• The Refund Policy (returns and exchanges), and
• Section 6 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code, D.Lgs. 206/2005, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU).
