Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not order date, and exclude our processing time. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control (customs delays, courier disruptions, weather).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the EU, all applicable taxes and duties are included at checkout. No additional charges will be applied on delivery.

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes on the date of the order), unless otherwise stated, and excluding processing and shipping costs.

For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, you are the importer of the product(s) in question. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of OGA SRL. They are your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities in your country. We advise you to inquire about these matters with your local authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel on its way to your home. You can also track your order status by [logging into your account / contacting us at info@ogasrl.com].

Shipping Delays or Issues

Products are delivered to the address specified during the order process, within the period stated on your order confirmation. If a delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

Pursuant to Article 61 of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and applicable EU consumer laws, in the event of a delay, you must grant us an additional, reasonable grace period to fulfill the delivery. If the product is not delivered within this additional period, you have the right to terminate the order, and we will issue a full refund without undue delay.

Risk of loss passes to the consumer upon physical delivery. OGA - One Generation Ahead SRL shall not be liable for delivery failures caused solely by the customer's failure to cooperate or accept delivery after multiple documented attempts by our carrier.

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery window, or has arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact us at info@ogasrl.com and we'll help resolve it.

Restricted / Unsupported Destinations

We currently ship to France and the 31 European countries listed above. We are unable to ship to destinations outside this list at this time.
