Who We Are

Tern Store EU West (euwest.ternbicycles.com) is the official online store bringing Tern's e-bikes, cargo bikes, folding bikes, and accessories to riders across Europe. The store is operated by OGA SRL, an authorized Tern retailer based in Milan, Italy.

The Tern Story

Tern was born out of a real problem: in dense, crowded cities, there simply wasn't enough room. That challenge pushed the brand to design folding bikes that could fit into small apartments and busy daily commutes without compromise. Solving for space taught Tern how to build bikes that carry serious loads with stability, waste nothing in their footprint, and stay safe and enjoyable to ride — lessons that now shape every cargo bike and e-bike in the lineup.

The name itself comes from the Arctic tern, a small seabird famous for two things: lifelong pair bonds and some of the longest migratory journeys of any animal on Earth. It felt like the right fit for a company built on long-term relationships and bikes made to go the distance.
