Processing Location

Personal data are processed at OGA's operational offices and at the locations of relevant data processors. Because OGA ships products to destinations outside the EU/EEA (including Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom), personal data associated with these orders (e.g. name, address, contact details) may be transferred outside the EU/EEA to couriers and logistics partners for the purpose of delivery. Such transfers are carried out using appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or are made to countries benefiting from an adequacy decision. Processing Time

Data are processed for as long as necessary to provide the requested service, or for the time required for the purposes described in this policy. Users may request the interruption or cancellation of processing at any time.

Purposes of Data Processing

User data are collected to enable OGA to lawfully supply its services, and for the following purposes: statistics, displaying content from external platforms, interacting with social networks and external platforms, and contacting users.
